How Does the Process Work?
1. Prescription & Referral
We are a prescription-based provider. This means we must have a prescription from a physician at the time of the evaluation appointment before we can provide a device to a patient.
2. Evaluation & Insurance Verification
Once a practitioner has completed an evaluation, our front office staff will complete a courtesy verification of your insurance coverage and benefits.
3. Device Ordering & Fitting
Once we receive appropriate documentation and approval, the device is ordered. All devices take 2-3 weeks to receive on average, except cranial remolding orthoses which must be fit within 10 days.
