Chad
Chad Chappuis, Certified Orthotist
Chad is an ABC certified Orthotist with more than 15 years of experience. After serving in the Navy for 2 years, he started as a volunteer at Gillette Children's Hospital in St. Paul, MN. After completing the Orthotic Technician Program at Century College, Chad continued on with school and received his B.S. from Metropolitan State in human Services. He then completed the Orthotic Practitioner program at Century. Upon graduation, Chad was hired at Metropolitan Orthotics in Minneapolis, MN, where he completed his Orthotic Residency with a focus on spinal orthoses. Chad continued on to work for the largest Orthotic and Prosthetic provider in the world, Hanger P and O. He worked as a Certified Practitioner and moved his way up to management. Chad sought out to challenge himself, further his career and opened Rebound Orthotics and Prosthetics Inc. in 2004.
Chad
Mark Fladung, Certified Prothesist
Mark is an ABC Certified Prosthetist with more than 20 years of experience. He started his career in St. Cloud, MN at Northwestern Artificial Limb. Then on to Tec Interface Systems, helping to develop the first urethane gel liners used in prosthetics. Since the late 1980s the prosthetic field has adopted them as a standard of practice and are used worldwide. Mark also had the opportunity to help with the development of the Vacuum Assisted Suspension Systems. Vacuum revolutionized the industry in the early 2000s, creating a more advanced suspension systems with greater linkage to the prosthesis. Mark has been a great asset to Rebound Orthotics and Prosthetics Inc. He has been with the company since the first clinic opened in 2004. Mark has not only helped with the advent of new technology in the field, but also with unmatched patient care. In his 20 plus years he has never found a patient he could not comfortably fit with a prosthesis.
Chad
Wesley Greener, Orthotist/Prosthetic Resident
Prior to entering into the field, Wesley worked as a personal trainer for five years. He also worked at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN in the therapy department for two years. Wesley started volunteering at Rebound in 2008 and was given the opportunity to fulfill his residency with them. Wesley attended Northwestern University in Chicago for the post Bachelor degree program in both Orthotics and Prosthetics. He graduated from the Orthotic Practitioner Program in March 2010. He finished his Orthotic residency in June of 2011 and is currently taking his board exams. Wesley continued on to the Prosthetics Practitioner Program at Northwestern University and graduated from the program in June 2011. He is currently in the second quarter of his prosthetic residency.

Royce Faust, Certified Orthotic Assistant, Lead Technician
Royce has been an Orthotic and Prosthetic Technician for the past 12 years. He started his career at Spectrum O and P out of Medford, Oregon. Royce was recruited to Rebound Orthotics and Prosthetics Inc.6 years ago. Since starting at Rebound, Royce has become the lead technician in charge of orthotic fabrication. He has continued on to become an ABC Certified Orthotic Practitioner Assistant, making him qualified to see patients. Royce has a passion for his work and for dealing with patients.
